How Oshoala became the first African to win UEFA Women’s Champions League

Asisat Oshoala’s Barcelona Femino thrashed Chelsea 4-0 to lift this season’s UEFA Women’s Champions League Saturday.

Oshoala started the match from the bench and was introduced into the encounter with less than 20 minutes left to play.

The four-time African player of the winner replaced Jennie Hermoso and was unlucky no to get name on the scorer sheet.
