A group, the Club Seventies Epe in Lagos State, has commended Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu-led administration for entrenching good governance through the execution of pro-people projects in various communities of the state.

In a statement signed by its President, Mr. Sanuth Adesegun, the club noted that infrastructural development is key to the growth of a developing country.

Adesegun said the unveiling of the four-floor, 110-bed Maternal Child Centre in Epe on June 14, 2021 was another essential facility for safe childbirth and reduction of maternal and infant mortality in the community.

He also appealed to the governor to ensure completion of all ongoing projects within Epe Division started by the previous administration especially that of Awolowo stretch of road.

He stressed the importance of that road as it connects the major fish market that Epe is known for in and outside Nigeria.
