Super Eagles star Victor Boniface has taken to social media to clear the air regarding his failed transfer to AC Milan and the criticism he has received from fans.

The Bayer Leverkusen striker explained that the move to Milan never happened, mainly due to a persistent knee injury. He shared that he had injured his right knee twice, which has hindered his development in recent times.

“Day two, Milan didn’t work out just because of my past inj¥ries. I had a knee inj¥ry twice on my right leg, and it has been there for a long time,” he explained during the live session.

The striker has reaffirmed his commitment to his career in Germany, stating he no longer experiences any discomfort and is diligently working to regain his top form.

“Try to make it to my level before you ins¥lt me,” he said firmly.

Despite the Milan saga, he remains a key figure for Bayer Leverkusen as the Bundesliga season unfolds.
