Galatasaray are reportedly considering a move for Super Eagles midfielder Raphael Onyedika in the January transfer window.

According to reports, the Turkish Super Lig champions are looking to bolster their midfield ahead of the second part of the season.

According to Turkish outlet Fotomac, the 24-year-old was one of the top transfer targets for Galatasaray during the summer.

“Galatasaray will offer Club Brugge a loan deal with a mandatory purchase option for the 24-year-old Onyedika during the mid-season window. The player, who previously said ‘Yes,’ is warm to the transfer,” Fotomac stated.

The Yellow and Reds have identified the Nigerian international as a long-term signing for the club after keeping tabs on him for over a year now.

Onyedika has been a key player in Nicky Hayen’s setup at Club Brugge. He is currently on the sidelines after sustaining an injury late last month.
