Four candidates vie for Edo PDP Chair

Following the expiration of Chief Dan Orbih's tenure in March 2020, four persons have indicated their desire to contest as Chairman of the Edo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party.

Their names are Senator Odion Ugbesia, Tony Azegbemin, State Secretary of the PDP, Chief Omi Imoisili and Fred Okah.

Several people have thrown their weight behind Senator Ugbesia.

However the Leadership of the Edo PDP said they would not zone the Chairman of the party to any region.
