Fire guts Katsina House of Assembly

Fire guts the main chambers of the Kastina State House of Assembly yesterday, April 21, 2021. The firefighters when called upon battled to quench the fire.

it was reported that the fire began in the morning but could not be detected on time due to the absence of workers who had embarked on a strike.

After several efforts, the fire was brought under control, although the parts of the building had been affected.

Governor Aminu Bello Masari visited the facility to show support his with the leadership and members of the House who were present.
