The Round of 16 fixtures of the ongoing FIFA U-17 FIFA World Cup in Qatar have been confirmed.

This follows the conclusion of the final group stage fixtures played on Saturday.

DAILY POST reports that Burkina Faso and Uganda advanced to the last-16 stage after beating Germany and Senegal, respectively.

Similarly, the likes of England, Italy, North Korea, Austria and Japan also qualified for the Round of 16 after winning their matches.

The Round of 16 stage will commence on Tuesday, November 18.
