FG approves payment of N33,000 as allowance for NYSC members

The Federal Government has approved the payment of N33,000 as monthly allowance for members of the National Youth Service Corp, NYSC.

This was disclosed by the Director-General of NYSC, Brig-Gen Shuaibu Ibrahim who added that provision had been made for the new allowance in the year 2020 Budget.

Shuaibu also revealed that payment of the new allowance would commence as soon as funds were released.
