'Eye service' - Reactions as Peter Obi joins Muslims at Central Mosque to break the fast for Ramadan

The 2023 presidential candidate for the Labour Party, Peter Obi, on Monday, March 18, 2024, joined several Muslims at the Central Mosque in Maraba-Nyanya to break their fast for Ramadan.

In the video making rounds, Peter Obi was captured feeding a little boy while seated on the mat in the Mosque.

The video has since generated massive mixed reactions from Nigerians on social media.

Some displeased by his actions said he is engaging in eye service and are convinced he won't win the 2027 election despite all his selfless moves.

Others applauded him, saying he is the best option for Nigerians as he continues to inspire people although he lost in the 2023 general elections.
