Etebo expresses readiness to succeed with Aris Thessaloniki

Super Eagles Midfielder Oghenekaro Etebo has touched down in Greece ahead of his switch to Aris Thessaloniki.

The combative midfielder arrived the club on Tuesday and he’s expected to sign his contract.

The Greek club announced the arrival of the former Watford, Las Palmas and Levante midfielder via their official social media handle also on Tuesday.

“Oghenekaro Peter Etebo in Thessaloniki!" reads a tweet on the club’s official Twitter handle.

The 26-year-old is expected sign three year contract with Aris Thessaloniki after agreeing to part ways with English Championship side, Stoke City.

Meanwhile, Etebo has expressed his desire  to work with Aris manager, Alan Pardew.

“Of course, I know the coach as he was my opponent during my time in England. I’m looking forward to this collaboration and I think it’s going to go well,” he told Gazzetta Greece.
