An unknown hacker group has taken over the official Twitter account of the Nigerian Broadcating Commission (NBC) as the #EndSARS campaign took another dimension in cyberspace.
In a tweet to announce their intention to spread the news on the #EndSARS campaign, the group wrote: “We #Anonymous have taken over all the NG Official Twitter’s Account to support #ENDPOLICEBRUTALITY. WE’RE TOGETHER WITH NIGERIANS.EXPECT UNEXPECTED”.
Since then, it has been posting messages critical of the government.
