Ejikeme Mmesoma cries out over suicidal thoughts; human rights activist intervenes

Human rights activist, Harrison Gwamnishu has shared a video of his visit to Mmesoma Ejikeme following her cry over suicidal thoughts.

This comes after she confessed to have manipulated her UTME results from 249 to 362.

The Joint Admission Matriculation Board, JAMB refused to acknowledge her score as the highest saying that she faked her results.

After several backlashed at JAMB, a panel set up to investigate the result controversy revealed that Mmesoma confessed to have forged her results with her phone.

Nigerians who had defended her, expressed their disappointment at her actions and called for the scholarships awarded her to be stripped.

A visit to Nnewi in Anambra state, where the 19-year-old lives, Gwamnishu noted that she claims to have developed suicidal thoughts following the backlash.

Taking to social media to share a video of his visit, Harrison appealed to Nigerians to forgive her.
