Super Eagles midfielder Alex Iwobi pulled off a stunner as Fulham secured a 2–1 victory over struggling Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.
The 29-year-old scored with a perfectly placed shot that came off the upright after a string of exchanges in the opposition half.
It was a perfectly crafted team goal from Marco Silva’s side, who condemned their London rivals to another league defeat.
Iwobi has now scored in two consecutive Premier League appearances for Fulham, after putting the icing on the cake in their 3–1 win away at Sunderland the previous week.
The victory moved the Cottagers into ninth position in the Premier League with 40 points.
Iwobi has now registered four goals and three assists in 22 Premier League appearances this season.
