The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has called its second witness in the cyber crime case against singer Naira Marley.

The singer is facing an 11-count charge bordering on possession of counterfeit cards, fraud and conspiracy.

The second witness, Mr Anosike Augustine who is a mobile forensic expert with the EFCC, revealed that he had a 30-page report on the content of an iPhone 11 allegedly belonging to Naira Marley.

The EFCC then moved to submit the report which was objected by the singer's counsel and Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Olalekan Ojo.

Ojo argued that the document was not part of a front-loaded documents submitted to the defence.

The case was then adjourned by Justice Oweibo to allow the prosecution and defense team decide whether the report was front-loaded or not.
