Drunk police officer spotted roaming the street

A police officer has been alleged to have been roaming the streets whiles drunk.

He was spotted wearing his police uniform whiles struggling to walk upright. He was also seen fumbling and muttering some words.

In a video, Passersby were seen mocking the police officer as he struggled to walk.

The person who recorded the video was heard saying the officer was high on local alcoholic drink popularly known as "Ogogoro."

However, where and when this happened was not stated.
