Deji Adeyanju admitted at a hospital in Dubai after mob attack (Photo)

Political activist, Deji Adeyanju has been admitted at a hospital in Dubai after he was attacked by alleged pro-government protesters in Abuja.

Deji Adeyanju and some members of a civil rights group were attacked in front of the headquarters of the National Human Rights Commission in Abuja.

Suffering lots of bruises all over his body and left unconscious, Deji Adeyanju was immediately rushed to a hospital before he was flown abroad for further treatment.

Giving update on his recovery, former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, FFK, tweeted:

"@adeyanjudeji has been admitted into hospital in Dubai and is slowly recovering from the injuries he sustained after he was attacked in Abuja by a crowd of Buhari-loving almajiris. Comrade Timi Frank, another great and courageous warrior and soldier of democracy is with him.

He added:

"Hang in there my dear aburo Deji and know that we love you and are very proud of you.They beat you in the streets of Abuja & boasted about it but the following day they were forced to release your friend @YeleSowore & my friend Dasuki.We have won and we shall continue to win".
