The Presidential Election Petition Court adjourned the Labour Party pre-hearing against the President-elect Asiwaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Justice Haruna Tsammani adjourned the hearing to Friday, May 19 as a result of the failure of parties in the petition to agree on documents among other reasons.
Drama also ensued prior and after the election hearing at the Appeal Court in Abuja as the two factions of the Labour Party clashed.
The first clash was Lamidi Apapa confronting the other factions over court seat.
However, another clash occured after the adjournment, supporters booed Apapa, calling him ole, 'thief' as he was immediately pulled away from the large crowd by police officers.
