Chams, Initiates declare closed period

Chams Plc and The Initiates Plc have declared a closed period of trading in the company's securities.

This is according to separate notices by the firms filed to the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

The Initiates declared the commencement of a closed period for trading in its shares from March 12th, 2020 until 24 hours after the Audited Financial Statements and the outcome of the Board meeting for the firm has been released to the Nigerian bourse.

On the other hand, Chams Plc also declared a close period from Wednesday, March 11, 2020, until 24 hours after the announcement of the audited financial statement for the year ended 31 December 2019 to the Market.

The act is in compliance with The NSE’s post listings requirements.

Consequently, no Director, persons discharging managerial responsibilities, Audit Committee Members, Advisers, Consultants, and Employees, with insider information or their connected persons, shall deal directly or indirectly in the securities of both companies during this period.
