Arsenal are guaranteed to finish in the top two of the Champions League after they beat Inter Milan 3-1 at the San Siro on Tuesday.
The second spot is occupied by Bayern Munich, who saw off Union Gilloise 2-0 on Wednesday.
But the Bavarians would need at least one more point to clinch the position ahead of Real Madrid and Liverpool.
The rest of the top eight spots are completed by Tottenham Hotspur, Paris Saint-Germain, Newcastle United and Chelsea.
Big teams like Barcelona, Inter Milan, Manchester City and Atletico Madrid remain outside the automatic qualification positions.
The bottom four clubs are Frankfurt, Slavia Prague, Villarreal and Kairat Almaty.
