Can Tinubu's health survives presidency? - El-Rufai speaks

The governor of Kaduna state, Nasir El-Rufai, has shared his thoughts on the health status of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu.

Speaking in an interview with Premium Times, El-Rufai noted that although he has no access to Tinubu's medical records, he believes any person above 60-year-old has health related problems.

According to him, passing judgement on people's health is not his habit as it could be a curse on him.

Citing an example he said; "I still remember the funeral committee of Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe when he was rumoured to be dead, and Okafor and Mbadiwe constituted themselves into the funeral committee. Then it was found that Azikiwe was not dead, and then, all of them died before him."

El-Rufai disclosed that although Tinubu has a leg problem, he has the strong will and mental capacity to lead Nigeria.

Sharing his thoughts about the prevailing Naira redesign, Nasir El-Rufai said, the progressives governors cared about President Buhari's legacy and are working to preserve it.
