Buhari sympathizes with Kalu over wife’s death

President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday sympathized with former Governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu.

Orji kalu, the chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), and Senate Chief Whip lost his 61-year-old wife, Ifeoma Ada.

President Muhammadu Buhari consoled the family, friends and associates, urging them to trust in the Lord to carry them through this difficult time.

Buhari added that the testimonies of Ifeoma’s fear of God and charity should be a source of strength to loved ones, knowing she lived well.

The president’s statement by spokesperson Femi Adesina prayed for the repose of her soul, and fortitude for the family to bear the loss.

Kalu announced that a memorial service in honour of the deceased will be held in the United States of America.
