Buhari captured praying in Prophet’s Mosque with wife

A photo is making rounds of President Muhammadu Buhari praying in Prophet’s Holy Mosque, Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

President Buhari was seen seen observing Iftar, during his eight-day official visit to the country.

In a statement released on Tuesday, April 11, by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Malam Garba Shehu, said upon President Buhari's arrival, he was received by the Deputy Governor Sa’ud Khalid Al-Faisal.

Shehu noted that Buhari was was received by a number of officials at the entrance of the Holy Mosque.

President Buhari was cladded in a white ihram and a pair of glasses. The first lady was seen dressed in a black jalabiya and a black head scarf.

He was accompanied by his wife, Aisha Buhari and other government officials.
