Nigerian rapper Emeka Akumefule, popularly known as Blaqbonez, has shared a heartwarming update about reconnecting with his siblings after years of separation.

The "Everlasting Taker" crooner had previously opened up in a 2024 interview about his strained relationship with his father, who abandoned him during childhood and moved abroad.

In January 2025, he revealed that he had finally reconnected with his long-lost dad.

Taking to social media again, Blaqbonez announced that he has also found his siblings, describing the experience as “the coolest thing” ever.

He revealed that he is not an only child and shared a photo of himself dining with his newfound family — two brothers and two sisters.

In the picture, the artiste appeared excited while bonding with them, though one of his sisters seemed uninterested as food was being served.

The reunion has sparked a wave of reactions online. Fans congratulated Blaqbonez and expressed joy over the family reconnection.

However, some urged him not to forgive his father too easily, insisting he should ignore him when he eventually seeks help.

Others, especially women, used the moment to caution their gender about men who abandon families, with one commenter stressing the importance of “protecting their wombs” to avoid similar heartbreaks.
