BREAKING: Fire guts one-storey building in Mushin

Fire has gutted a one-storey building located at 10 Moliki Street in the Mushin Local Government Area of Lagos State.

The Punch reports that the fire started around 8 am on Saturday and destroyed the entire first floor of the residential building.

Public Relations Officer of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, Nosa Okunbor, confirmed the incident to The Punch in a telephone conversation.

He said the cause of the fire is yet to be unknown but rescue operation is ongoing.
