BREAKING: Chicago State University releases President Tinubu’s transcript

The transcripts of President Bola Tinubu has finally been released by the Chicago State University.

This comes after the university confirmed on Thursday, September 14, at a Chicago Illinois court that President Tinubu indeed attended the school in 1979 and graduated with a bachelor's degree.

On Friday, September 15, the president's media aide, Dada Olusegun, shared a copy of President's Tinubu's transcript on X (formerly Twitter).

The transcript was released amid a case filed by Atiku Abubakar, the 2023 presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, asking the US court to compel the American varsity to release Tinubu's academic records to him during his petition at the tribunal.

As the transcript hit the internet, some Nigerians took to social media to share their thoughts.

Odekina Alilu said on Facebook: "All politicians should allow Mr President to concentrate on the challenges confronting our dear nation Nigeria.

"Let us forget about the Chicago certificate. We are interested in his personal commitments to lift this country out of bondage by the past leaders of this country, let us back him up with prayers for the success of our lovely nation, Nigeria."

AY Deeni reacted: "Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, thank you for applying for Tinubu's transcript. Now, we need yours and that of Gbajue too."
