Arise TV contributed negatively to election chaos - APC Chieftain, Rufai Oseni clash on Live TV

Oladotun Hassan, a Member of the Special Duties Committee of the dissolved Presidential Campaign Council of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has alleged that Arise TV, a leading broadcast platform in the country contributed to the chaos that occurred during the general elections earlier this year.

Hassan who was a guest on the morning show in Monday, July 3 was responding to Rufai Oseni, who has asked the APC suppressed the rights of other Nigerians clearly were not going to vote for the party.

Responding to the question, Hassan who is also the President of the Yoruba Council Worldwide said Arise TV used their platform to contribute to the chaos.

His accusation was rebutted by co-host Rufai Oseni who asked Hassan to prove his accusations with some facts.

"I must say sincerely that Arise also contributed negatively to all that was reported. In some instances, on your soliloquy you attacked the APC, you attacked.. "He was interjected by Rufai Oseni who called on him to give evidence of those attacks, Mr Hassan said.

"Much of your address as a person goes beyond attacking the person of President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu."
