Wigwe University is set to welcome the public in August 2024, aiming to establish itself as Africa's first Ivy-League caliber institution.

The footage reveals a range of facilities designed to foster an optimal learning environment. According to the university's website, tuition fees will vary by program, ranging from ₦9.6 million to ₦11,998,800.

Students enrolled in the College of Arts will be charged ₦9.6 million, while those in Engineering, Science and Computing, Management, and Social Sciences face fees of ₦11.9 million.

Alex Onyia shared the video on his X platform, expressing admiration for Wigwe's foresight:

He said: "Wigwe University will officially open it's doors to the public from August. The faculty members will be resuming fully on campus in July. The school so far is the most beautiful University Campus in Nigeria. The school is designed to be the first Ivy-League standard University from Africa. I love what I'm seeing."
