Another APC Chieftain dies

Alhaji Wale Adedibu, a prominent All Progressives Congress (APC) member in Oyo State is dead.

His death comes a few days after the demise of another APC women leader, Princess Adebowale Atoyebi, who died last week.

The late Adedibu is reported to have died after a brief illness on Saturday, September 23.

Senator representing Oyo South senatorial district, Barrister Sharafadeen Alli described the death of Adedibu as a "rude shock". He said in a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Akeem Abas that Adedibu was a committed and dedicated party member.

He added that the deceased worked tirelessly for the growth of the party in the State.

He said that Adedibu’s death was a reminder of the fragility of life and the need for all to cherish every moment.

He expressed condolences to the family, friends, political associates and the APC family on the tragic loss.
