Aminu Pai named NPF Microfinance Bank Non-Executive Director

Aminu Pai has been appointed the Non-Executive Director of NPF Microfinance Bank Plc.

According to a notice filed by the firm, to the Nigerian Bourse, Pai was appointed to fill the vacancy created after Dasuki Galadanchi was redeployed from the Nigerian Police Cooperative Multi-Purpose Society Ltd.

However, Aminu's appointment is subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria and ratification by shareholders at the Bank's next Annual General Meeting.

Mr Aminu Saleh Pai holds a degree in Chemistry from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and M.sc in Polymer Science from the University of Jos. He started his career with the Nigeria Police Force on 15th March, 1988 as the Police Public Relations Officer FCT Command and rose to the rank of Commissioner of Police. He has undertaken several professional courses organised locally and internationally.

Mr Aminu Saleh Pai is currently the Commissioner of Police in charge of the Nigeria Police Cooperative Multi-Purpose Society Ltd.
