'All the projects Uzodinma claims he's done only exist in his head' - Tony Nwulu

The deputy governorship candidate of Labour Party in Imo State, Tony Nwulu, has said that Governor Hope Uzodinma has nothing to show in his four years in office.

Speaking in an interview with Arise Television, Nwulu was of the view that all the projects Uzodinma claims to have done in the state only exist in his dreams.

The described the roads in Imo state as deplorable, enough to cause a pregnant woman to lose her baby if they ply the road.

He also tackled Uzodinma-led government for the poor state of schools, hospitals.

According to him, instead of the Governor who is seeking re-election to give report of what he has done the last four years, he is making promises to the people.

"Since Hope Uzodinma assumed office in Imo state, there has not been peace. Nobody has slept with their two eyes closed.

“Truth be told, he has spent more time in Abuja than he has spent in Imo state. Most of the projects or things he said he has done only exist in his head. Its like an illusion because I don’t know where he has done those things. I’m sure he believes he has done them probably in the dreams but reality there is nothing to show anything about his government in Imo state, there is no sign.”

“We have roads in Imo state that a pregnant woman would lose pregnancy just plying on those roads. The 305 wards in Imo state has nothing to show that there is any government in Imo state. Schools in Imo state are without roofs, some are outgrown by grass.

“Funny enough, you’re a governor, you’re almost coming to the end of your tenure of four good years and you go to rallies and you tell people I will, I will, I will, is that what Imolites are expecting from you. They are expecting you to give report on what you’ve done. Let them score you. You should be telling people I have done this, and that.

“But you still see Governor Hope Uzodinma go to rallies telling people I will do this, I will build road, I will build schools, hospitals. What have you done for four good years?”
