Aisha Yesufu is one of those known faces. Mrs. Yesufu stood her ground during the protest that began more than three weeks ago, leading the charge on the ground, on social media and traditional media.

This is not the first time Mrs. Yesufu has led any kind of protest.

She started protesting at age 10. Since then, she led a number of protests throughout her academic life.

According to her, activism has been part of her life because she loves to stand against injustice.
