The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Bola Tinubu of the All progressives Congress the winner of Ekiti state presidential election.
On Sunday, February 26, the Resident Electoral Commissioner for Ekiti state, Ayobami Salami announced the results at the 2023 presidential election collation centre at the International Conference Centre in Abuja.
According to him, he stated that Bola Tinubu of the APC polled 210,494 votes, Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) scored 89,554 votes.
Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP) polled 11,397 votes and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) polled 264 votes.
INEC National Chairman, Mahmood Yakubu adjourned the collation of the presidential election to 11am on Monday.
