APC: Oshiomhole jumps several times to show doubters he is fit to lead party to election victory

Former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Adams Oshiomhole sought to prove he is physically fit to lead the party to victory in the 2023 elections in a video that has emerged.

The Edo State governor who was recently appointed the Deputy Director General of the party's campaign as it hopes to retain its hold on the presidency danced and jumped several times with on-air-personality Rufai Oseni doing same.

Oshiomhole was guest on Arise TVs morning show on Wednesday, August 3 as he spoke about the commitment of the party to Nigerians and the plans of the party ahead of the elections.

Meanwhile, Simon Lalong, Governor of Plateau State has been tasked with coordinating the presidential campaign council of the party.

The duo were settled on by the APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu; his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima; and APC governors after a meeting in Abuja on Tuesday, August 3.

Those pushing for Lalong argued that the APC needs a Northern Christian as D-G to assuage the feelings of Northern Christians in the party, following the Muslim-Muslim ticket of the party.
