The Wild Dogs of Guinea-Bissau have thumped the Super Eagles of Nigeria by three goals to nil in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

The Djurtus began the game on the front foot and took the lead on the quarter of an hour through Franculino.

Mama Balde later doubled the lead for the home side in the 66th minute before Alvaro Djalo scored the winner deep in stoppage time to seal a comprehensive victory for Guinea-Bissau.

The defeat for Nigeria means Guinea-Bissau are now the outright leaders in Group L with six point with a goal advantage of plus 5.
