Eric Chelle's side won all three of their group-stage matches, beating Tanzania, Tunisia, and Uganda.
The three-time African champions scored a total of eight goals in the three games, more than any team in the competition.
The Desert Foxes of Algeria and the Teranga Lions of Senegal followed closely with seven goals apiece.
