A message to all great Nigerian youths

Nigerian youth Nigerian youth

In the midst of all the unrest, agitations, crisis, and struggles for a better Nigeria, let's not neglect what's paramount identifying the key problem/root cause of all this which is "bad leadership & a culture of corruption".

We must understand that this is no way a political, religious, or cultural driven/inspired movement but one birthed out of love & true patriotism for our Nation.

I might not have so many educational qualifications or doctorate degrees but I certainly have little wisdom to share with you.

The idea of reforms, remuneration/salary increment, adequate training/orientation, stringent monitoring of police operations/conduct & prosecution of culprits etc are all good but all fingers still points at one thing "BAD LEADERSHIP" reason because; If the leader (president) and his cabinet was competent enough all the reform ideas stated earlier & more would have long been implemented before it blows out of proportion, what I call (A willy-nilly system of Political irresponsibility) & incompetency in governance" because if We had a competent Leader we wouldn't be having this conversation in the first place. You don't expect a body to whose head is weak & malfunctioning to be in good shape(the perfect example is the mad man on the street).

Simply because the head is the powerhouse that controls activities of other parts of the body.

My people it's time we opened the eyes of our minds & identify who the true enemies are(The bad leadership and the cabal) Whom just want to quench this fire by all means for their selfish interests; devising different means & strategies to frighten & scare us with the prosars attacks, put a ban on protest as against the covid-19 social distancing rules, when they just had 2 elections lately(Edo & ondo) & now planned & pre-intended "genocide" killings of unarmed peaceful protesters and a ban on protest.

The big question is, "What's next on their agenda and who are they killing next?"

Hope at this point the great citizens of our great Nation have now realized the kind of Leadership & corrupted system we have; which is guarded by adamant, oppressive & brutal Leaders who instead of meeting your needs and demands are devising means to intimidate, kill you and mute your voices.

You should also put into consideration that No one succeeds in any endeavor without the right (team, Organization, timing, strategy & plan) not to talk of winning a war such as this.

It's time to act smart, fast, stand up clean our eyes in unity & one voice to take back that which has long been stolen from us the Youths for ages irrespective of our religious or ethnic backgrounds.

In as much as we want to end bad leadership please let's all be guided that separating us along religious & ethnic lines is the wrongest route to take /decision to make at this sensitive time because that would lead US to a civil war where we will end up fighting & killing ourselves instead of the Monsters that have been holding this great nation siege for 60 years now.

Please, my people, there's great strength & power in unity. We can't afford to break this strength now.

No attack should be made on the military or Law enforcers(They are enslaved by their code of conduct they need help from the oppressive system of government too).

No attack should be made on public and private properties they are our infrastructures; the leaders will come and go but we the people will remain.
The private properties you destroy are products of hard works from our brothers & sisters.

Some Hausa & Yoruba groups are making threats already but don't fall for it. This is their game plan (Divide & Rule) don't be a fool, our problem is not Igbo, Yoruba, or Hausa but "bad leaders". Please stop this whole Biafra & Oduduwa distractions. We just need a God-fearing leader guided by Love, truth & discipline.

Strategy & timing is key to actualizing this great cause.

1. Create a committee for the movement comprising of various units (finance, welfare, spokesmen, implementation, media, monitoring, strategic thinking, IT, security, health, influencer, Engineering, etc)units. This group can be tagged; NYA (Nigerian Youths Assembly) Motto: for a Better Nigeria.

2. Create a committee of spokesmen nominated by the people based on their contributions & efforts Made in the recent ongoing #endsars protest.

3. Spokesmen would speak on behalf of the people their plight to the government(Representing the 3 regions Igbo, Yoruba & Hausa. Their plight is to be submitted through a website/electronic channel & also manually where it's easily accessible by all; collated reviewed & presented to the government.

4. Create a NYA radio (digitally & offline) where first-hand prompt news can be disseminated and calls can be made.

5. Create a strategic thinking Unit of experts to generate ideas.

6. Stakeholders meetings with youth community & religious leaders as re-orientation/sensitization of the hoodlums & miscreants in all 36 states of the federation.

7. All NYA officers should be given a means of IDENTIFICATION.So Nigerians can identify and isolate them from criminals and attackers.

8. We would protect our cities from criminals, intimidation & killings with the aid of all our NYA officers. Don't worry about security we would protect ourselves. This is a war against the bad government that is using our own security against us.

Note: The spokesmen are not Leaders but messengers. We have no leader but God (The No leader strategy) undermines & incapacitates their agendas to instill fear & terminate the process. Not until we have an election where trustworthy leaders would emerge.

The requirement for selection should be

1.An elder activist (Male/female) whom the literate and illiterate can relate to and understands the plights of the common Nigerian youth.

2.He/she must have been on the struggle long before now.

Here are some other insight that would be instrumental to our victory in this war against corruption/injustice & struggle for a better Nigeria.

1.The #ENDSARS harassment, molestation, extortion, killings & abuse of power by the police that sprang up this protest is simply a displacement of anger & prejudice built on marginalization/underpayment & frustration created by the adverse effect of years of a corrupt & dysfunctional system.

2. If there's anybody to blame it's the government for letting out untamed animals to our streets.

3.When the curfew is over we should commence protest make it "PEACEFUL" & strategically planned out before we head out again in our numbers. While we make known to the relevant authorities that the police and & other law enforcement agents are truly not the problem but the government who has failed all in her duties.
The hashtag must now change as we push for a constitutional review to favour the common man.

4. No one is more devilish/evil than the devil himself; no one would just love to kill except they are angered, bitter, insane or ordered to do so..If a certain group of people act in same unlawful manner that's an unguided disguised signal of pain by the "Chief oppressor" who resorts to brutalization, barbaric & uncivil actions to express their displeasures.(they are just transferring aggression on the poor masses).

5. It's not about who's leading the protesters. All we need is effective positive results.

We must all come together now, bury all hatchets & join forces to fight our common enemy(BAD LEADERSHIP & A CULTURE OF CORRUPTION) not ourselves, irrespective of our religious, ethnic/tribal backgrounds.

Please be guided, Be careful & thread wisely, for the oppressors are brutal, cunning, tactful & strategic.

Our predecessors have failed us we can't afford to fail ourselves again. We are all we have !!

Youths the change we've long been praying for ages is now.

Now more than ever is the time to act smart and take back what has long been stolen from Us & is rightfully ours.

Don't forget our fallen heroes who laid their lives for this great cause.

Things can start working in Nigeria if we the people make the right decisions in love, unity & act accordingly. Together we can & will make Nigeria great again!!

Let's not let this once in a lifetime opportunity pass us by while we avoid unnecessary deaths of our brothers & sisters.

Don't be deceived the true enemy is not #sars but bad leaders & the fight is not #Sarsmustgo but #buharimustgo #oldmeninpoliticsmustgo

Enough is enough!!

The hashtag must now change;
