Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia, better known as 2baba, has reportedly been arrested in London after a heated altercation with his new wife, Natasha Osawaru.

The viral claim, pushed by blogger Tosin Silverdam, suggested the couple had a quarrel shortly after leaving the airport, with Natasha allegedly smashing bottles during the dispute before authorities intervened.

However, the story remains unverified, as neither 2baba nor Natasha has addressed the allegations publicly.

The timing of the rumour has only intensified speculation, as it coincided with 2Baba’s scheduled UK tour on October 2, which fans claim he missed.

The development has sparked concerns about cracks in his marriage, which is just two months old following their traditional wedding in July.

This isn’t the first time the singer’s personal life has come under scrutiny. Earlier this year, 2baba officially parted ways with actress Annie Macaulay, his wife of over a decade, before settling down with Natasha.

The couple had since appeared to project a united front, with Natasha even penning a loving birthday tribute to him in September.
