At the Lagos ports, 21 ships were discharging bulk wheat, general cargo, frozen fish, container, bulk fertiliser, sodium sulphur, bulk salt, butane gas, and petrol, according to the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA).

From June 18 to 29, it said it expected 16 more ships loaded with fuel products, food, and other commodities.

The NPA revealed these in its publication, ‘Shipping Position,' which was made accessible to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Friday.

The ships are due to dock at the Lagos Ports Complex, according to NPA.

The ships were carrying frozen fish, general cargo, base oil, bulk wheat, bulk sugar, vehicles, bulk gypsum, bulk fertiliser, and containers, according to the publication.

Meanwhile, another 17 ships with container, frozen seafood, base oil, general cargo, soya bean oil, and petrol had arrived at the ports and were ready to berth.
