Some supporters of former presidential candidate Peter Obi are jittery as President Bola Tinubu continues to gain the support of Southeast billionaires and elites.

This came after notable names like Obi Cubana, Cubana Chief Priest, and Zenco, to mention a few, declared full support for Tinubu's re-election, despite having supported Obi in 2023.

Some notable politicians in the region have also been frolicking with Tinubu's re-election campaign, something that hardly happened in 2023.

Reacting, an ardent Obi supporter, @FSYusuff, said, "Tinubu currently has southeast politicians and billionaires now in his pocket. When it comes to politics, loyalty is zero in southeast."

@LotennaSamuel said, "One will argue if there’s any loyalty left in the southeast region. Peter Obi is fighting a very lone war against a full establishment of evil. I pray he succeeds cos Omo."

@kinqsley_01 said, "No matter how they hate to admit it, loyalty amongst the Igbos is zero, they don’t trust each other enough. Everyone trying to figure out only himself and family, personal interests over collective interest and we aren’t making going anywhere with that mindset as a people."
