Bishop David Oyedepo of Living Faith Church Worldwide has said Nigerians should expect Fulani-Fulani ticket to be fielded in a presidential election soon.

According to him, Muslim-Muslim ticket has been propagated despite Nigeria being a multi-religious country.

The clergyman lamented that the situation will get so bad that governors will soon start handing over to their brothers.

Oyedepo said this while delivering a sermon to his congregation, whom he said won't be foolish enough to make the same political mistake they made in the last election.

He said, "The money they gave you to vote for them in the last election, I hope it’s still there? Because I don’t think any members in this church will still be f0øled again. Today they have a Muslim-Muslim ticket, next one might be Fulani-Fulani ticket. Tomorrow, you will have governors transferring to their own brothers, because federal character has been compromised. If they destroy it at the top, they will destroy it to the level of the local governments. Some local governments will become the heritage of certain families because they have seen it done at the top."

He lamented that such could be happening in a nation as religiously divided as Nigeria.

This was as he prayed that God should prevent Nigeria from going backward.
