2023: Don’t vote for presidential candidate who will kill, jail me – Wike begs statemen

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has urged people in the state not to vote for the presidential candidate that will jail or kill him when elected into office.

The controversial governor made this known when he took the campaign rally to the Obio-Akpor LGA on Saturday, February 18.

Wike also commended the ruling All Progressives Congress for insisting on a shift in power to the south.

Wike said: “We will not support those who say when they come to power, they will kill me.

“We will not support those who say when they come to power, they will jail me.

“Will you allow them to kill me? Will you vote for those who do not want us to exist? Are you sure?”
