2020 results have not been cancelled- JAMB

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has said it had not cancelled results of the 2020 examinations that held recently.

Taking to Twitter to issue a statement, the examination body disregarded widespread rumours implying a result cancellation.

"JAMB has not cancelled the results of its examination conducted on Saturday, March 14, Monday, March 16 and Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Therefore, candidates should disregard rumours making the rounds that the results have been cancelled," it wrote.

It also asked candidates who participated in the examinations to check their results via text message as results are not yet live on the website.

"To check their results, candidates are to send 'RESULT' to 55019 and not on the Board's website," JAMB said.
